Common Questions

How do I begin the counseling process?

Beginning therapy is a brave and meaningful step. You can start by scheduling an initial consultation through our online portal or by reaching out via email to discuss your specific needs and goals.

Do you provide specialized sex therapy?

Yes, specialized sex therapy is offered for individuals and couples. We focus on creating a non-judgmental, safe environment where you can openly explore intimacy, identity, and sexual well-being.

What can I expect in our first session together?

The first session is a gentle introduction. It is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your personal history, address current challenges, and outline your vision for growth and healing.

Is the information I share confidential?

Absolute confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. All interactions and shared information are strictly protected, adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards of mental health care. Limitations to confidentiality include intent to harm oneself or others, abuse or neglect of a vulnerable population or court order.

Do you participate in insurance networks?

I operate as an out-of-network provider. I can provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement, depending on your specific coverage plan.
